Tracy Carmen-Jones

Tracy Carmen-Jones is a leadership coach to high-potential and C-suite leaders, leveraging best coaching practices and real work experience to cultivate professional growth. Tracy earned leadership coaching certification at Georgetown University and has demonstrated competencies at the professional certified coach (PCC) level.

Having built strong consulting and corporate experience with The Mac Group, Compaq Computers (HP) and electric energy provider Reliant Energy, Tracy has successfully mentored high-potential corporate leaders. Genuine, engaging and thoughtful, Tracy listens intently to clients and hones in on their words, perspectives and behaviors in the workplace.

An intuitive and quick-thinking strategy and operations consultant, Tracy has first-hand experience leading business vision development, setting strategies and generating tangible business results through cross functional teams. Combining well-honed business acumen with extensive senior management experience, Tracy is an exceptional and dedicated professional who always produces results at the highest quality. Her knowledge of deregulated energy markets and consulting experience across financial, technology and consumer products industries allows her to lead cross-functional teams to high-impact performance.

Tracy holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Georgetown University and a MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is active in the community and serves on the board of Genesys Works.
